The updated schedule was shared today, August 6, 2025, and brings back important deadlines for students applying to medical colleges under the All India Quota (AIQ) and other national-level institutions. Registration for Round 1 has now been extended until 3 PM today.
This update comes two days after MCC unexpectedly paused the choice filling process without giving any reason, which left many NEET aspirants worried and uncertain. Students and institutions had raised concerns about the lack of clarity and had asked for a quick solution.
